Double check your shipping and contact information before sending the order form. An incorrect E-mail address is flagged by our security software and will take longer to process.

Entering your +4 zip code is a good idea. We use the USPS data base to print your mailing labels and the +4 zip code can make processing faster if you are in a rural area, apartment complex, office, or suite.

Orders will be held until we can confirm a mailing address so making sure your information matches the post office data base will also speed up order processing.

  • Shopping Cart - Quick, easy and secure. Just add items to your shopping cart and then check out when your ready. To view your cart at any time, click the view basket button on the menu to the far left.
  • E-Mail - Send all information asked for on our order form to Sales@OldFashionHalloween.com. E-Mail orders may be paid by mailing a check or money order (please see below) or by calling us with Visa, Discover or MasterCard. Please do not E-mail credit card numbers to us - the transaction is not secure.
  • Phone - Orders may be placed by phone at any time. If you get our recorded message - we may be helping another customer. Please leave us your name and phone number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Call (503) 391-5731.
  • Fax - Copy our order form, fill it out, and fax to (503) 588-5007.
  • Mail - Print a copy of our order form, fill it out, and send it to the address listed below. Orders by mail may be paid by Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, check or money order drawn on a US bank account, or international money order.

Note: Due to credit card fraud, we do not ship orders paid via credit card to certain countries. If we will not process your order via credit card, you will be contacted as to how you may pay via international money order. There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks. Checks will be allowed time to clear before orders are shipped. As we carry many items not of our own creation, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Delivery Time: Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days, though some orders may take longer. Orders paid for by check will be allowed to clear before shipping (money orders allow faster delivery). Orders for items needed by October 31st should be placed as soon as possible due to seasonal demands.

Shipping and Handling: Most orders are shipped 3 day priority mail or 5 day Fed Ex ground. Rush delivery is available, Call or E-Mail for rates. For foreign orders, e mail for exact shipping and handling.

Returns
Items, unless otherwise noted, may be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Items found to be defective in materials or craftsmanship may be returned for full refund minus shipping. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, it may be returned in "new" and resellable condition for credit on your next purchase. Call or E-Mail us for a return authorization number before returning your purchase. This number will be necessary for all refunds or credits.

Custom made or special order items, makeup, prosthetics, patterns, wigs or other items as noted in catalog may not be returned unless defective. Customer pays all return shipping.
